AGES

Most of the birthday parties held at Connolly Ranch are for children between the ages of 2 and 8.

ACTIVITIES

Birthday parties begin with an educational field trip that includes spending time with our farm animals followed by nature games and crafts all led by the Connolly Ranch educational instructor. Other activities such as organic gardening and nature trail hikes are available as well.

PARTIES

We'll provide use of the kitchen facilities, bathrooms, the big barn and picnic tables. You provide any food, music and decorations . . . and take all leftovers, plates, cups and other trash with you. Parties are best for 15 or fewer children because of the barn size.

WHEN

During the school year it is best to plan an after school party on a school day because our facility is usually closed on the weekends during the school year. But, on occasions we'll be able to accommodate a weekend event. During the summer, however, birthday parties can be held on Saturdays and Sundays.

COST

The cost is $300 for "Friends of Connolly Ranch" and $350 for others, which includes the educational session, nature games, crafts and use of the kitchen facility and big barn. These funds will help with the care and feeding of the animals at Connolly Ranch and maintenance of our facilities.
