Outdoor Adventure Camps
LIFE ON THE FARM
Adventure Camp
Our morning sessions are spent caring for farm animals, tending to the organic gardens, hiking in the oak woodlands and cooking fresh healthy food (most of it from our gardens).
After lunch and games we take it easy and relax in the shade and work on arts and crafts activities. Some of our projects might include making paper for nature journals, gathering willow and ivy and other materials to make baskets, building birdhouses and birdbaths, assembling a solar cooker or painting with watercolors. As the day comes to an end we all join together in the Bay Grove to make music and share stories in our tepee.
The camps are designed for children ages 6 to 11. The cost is $250 per child, per week (there are discounts for siblings and multiple weeks). Camps run Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Camps are held during the weeks of June 21, 28, July 12, 19, 26 and August 2.
