Volunteer Opportunities at the Ranch

Work Parties - These are usually held on the second Saturday of each month (except in the winter) 9:00 a.m. to noon. Work includes gardening, cleaning stalls, minor repairs, etc.

Events - We need lots of volunteers to help with our annual art festival.

Field Trips - If a field trip consists of more than 20 children, we need docents to help. It's best to have training in advance, which we will provide. Just call Michael at 707-224-1894.

Feeding Animals - This can be a family activity, but we would like you to commit to a regular schedule (e.g., every Sunday morning).

Community Service Hours - High school student can satisfy their community service requirements by helping out at the ranch.

General Help - You don't have to wait for a work party nor does your contribution have to be limited to just a day or two. Each year we have many people who help on a regular basis feeding our animals and working in our garden. Just let us know your interest.
