Our School Break Camps—offered during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break—provide multi-day programs designed to inspire curiosity and foster a love for the natural world. From hands-on farm-to-table cooking and creative nature crafts to exploring our thriving garden and learning alongside our friendly animals, every activity is rooted in fun and discovery.
At Connolly Ranch, kids will meet goats, sheep, and chickens, hike along scenic trails, and engage in seasonal projects that reflect the rhythms of the farm. Each day offers new opportunities to dig into the soil, climb, play, and unplug in the great outdoors.

Thanksgiving Break Camp

Thanksgiving Break Camp at Connolly Ranch is a celebration of the season’s magic, filled with gratitude, mindfulness, and fall-inspired adventures. Campers will dive into hands-on farm-to-table experiences, creating delicious seasonal treats—2024 camp highlights included roasted squash hummus and homemade vegan donuts! Together, we’ll savor the joy of sharing food prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
Creativity and connection shine through nature-inspired crafts, such as crafting gratitude mobiles and whimsical pinecone sculptures. Campers also explore the beauty of the ranch with calming hikes, immersive garden adventures, and plenty of opportunities to reflect on the wonders of nature.

Winter Break Camp

Winter Break Camp offers an enchanting opportunity to celebrate the season of fresh starts and the magic of the winter solstice! Campers will immerse themselves in the wonders of winter, with fun activities like making our own snow, creating festive paper lanterns decorated with natural items, and preparing delicious farm-to-table meals using seasonal ingredients. They'll also enjoy animal visits, outdoor explorations, and hands-on projects that deepen their connection to nature and mindfulness. With the winter solstice as our inspiration, this camp invites children to embrace new beginnings, celebrate the beauty of the season, and forge lasting friendships in a serene winter setting.

Limited number of enrollments available.
Payment in full is due at registration.
School Break Camps are not refundable.
Campers must be fully potty trained (no diapers or pull-ups) by the start of camp.
A welcome email with everything you need to know about camp will be sent shortly before camp begins.
